CarterWare sells and distributes jailbreak packages. We collect the minimum needed to run accounts, payments, and downloads.
What we store
- Email address (sign-in codes and receipts)
- Device UDID / model (device limits and download auth)
- Purchase and subscription records via Stripe
- Optional account session cookies on pay.carterware.net
What we don’t do
- No advertising trackers on the repo or pay site
- No sale of personal data
- Package downloads use short-lived signed URLs — not public paid-deb links
Payments
Card processing is handled by Stripe. We never store full card numbers.
